By accessing and using WRIGHTECH SOLUTIONS services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

WRIGHTECH SOLUTIONS provides AI chatbot development, full-stack web development, and automation services. All services are provided on a project basis with specific terms outlined in individual project agreements.

Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These terms supplement but do not replace the project-specific agreements.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and implementations developed specifically for their project. WRIGHTECH SOLUTIONS retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit to begin work, with remaining payments tied to milestone deliveries.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.

Limitation of Liability

WRIGHTECH SOLUTIONS liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms and any applicable fees are outlined in individual project agreements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WRIGHTECH SOLUTIONS operates.
